U Asked Me: "What Is It?"

When U Were 15 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Blushed.. U Look Down And Smiled..

When U Were 20 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Put Ur Head On My Shoulder And Hold My Hand.. Afraid That I Might Dissapear..

When U Were 25 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Prepare Breakfast And Serve It In Front Of Me, And Kiss My Forhead and Said : "U Better Be Quick, Is’s Gonna Be Late.."

When U Were 30 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Said: "If U Really Love Me, Please Come Back Early After Work.."

When U Were 40 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Were Cleaning The Dining Table And Said: "Ok Dear, But It’s Time For U To Help Our Child With His/Her Revision.."

When U Were 50 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Were Knitting And U Laugh At Me..

When U Were 60 Yrs Old, I Said I Love U....

U Smile At Me..

When U Were 70 Yrs Old. I Said I Love U....

We Sitting On The Rocking Chair With Our Glasses On.. I’m Reading Your Love Letter That U Sent To Me 50 Yrs Ago..With Our Hand Crossing Together..

When U Were 80 Yrs Old, U Said U Love Me!

I Didn’t Say Anything But Cried.

We may not express it but when we say "I Love You" we want our partner also to say the same... there are many ways of expressing love but nothing can play the same magic that these 3 words can play when said in return ♥ ♥

True Friendship- Inspiring Story

True Friendship- Inspiring Story

When I married Jenny, I gained her best friend Joy as well. Joy’s husband Carl and I became friends simply because we knew we couldn’t pry our wives apart. We went on double dates and spent vacations and holidays together. We were Lucy, Ricky, Fred, and Ethel. The girls were delighted when they became pregnant almost within a month of each other. Our two girls, Katie and Melissa, became inseparable as they grew up. Then one day, I arrived home from work to find a hurriedly scribbled note from my wife, “Munsons in a car accident. Melissa hurt badly.”
When Jenny came home that night, I held her while she cried. Together, we climbed into the little white bed that held our sleeping angel, and both of us took one of her hands in ours as we grieved for our friends’ loss. We grieved again when a year later, Carl and Joy divorced.

It was a little less than nine months after that when my own life was shattered in the garden department at Wal-Mart. Jenny and I were shopping for tomato seeds when she collapsed. I held her hand in the ambulance and then again until the long beep on the monitor told me she was gone. She never opened her eyes again. They told me it was a brain aneurysm. I couldn’t even spell what killed my wife.

For the next week, I was buried in casseroles. Katie and I spent our dinnertime silently poking our forks at mounds of green and gray that neither of us had the stomach to eat. At the funeral, Katie and I held hands as women who wore too much perfume cried over us and murmured, “You poor little things.”

Katie said that the room was too hot and the perfume stuck to her clothes. She said Mommy wouldn’t have liked it at all…and I agreed.

I saw Joy at the funeral, sitting by herself.

Weeks went by, and I was still holding my Jenny’s clothes up to my face at night to smell them. My daughter was still screaming whenever we came within the vicinity of Wal-Mart. I went back to work after leaving my crying, clinging daughter with a sitter. At night, I scorched dinners and left iron-shaped marks on the clothes. By the time school started, Katie and I were exhausted.

The first morning, I helped her pack her backpack, made a peanut butter sandwich (cut diagonally because that’s how Mommy did it), and helped her double-knot her sneakers. But when it came to her hair, that lovely mass of black curls, I was hopeless. I could see her disappointment as I did the best I could. Jenny could work wonders with it. When Katie had started second grade last year, Jenny had done up her hair in braids. I didn’t have the slightest idea how to do a braid.

“I’m sorry, baby,” I whispered as I kissed the back of her head. She shrugged, trying to look brave for the old dad. I placed my hands on her shoulders as I heard the doorbell ring.

“Joy!” I said in surprise as I opened the door.

“Hi John,” she said quietly. “I’m sorry to intrude. I just…I thought Katie might like some help getting ready for her first day of school.”

I honestly had to fight back tears as I nodded. She slipped in quietly, squeezing my arm as she made her way to Katie’s room. Katie was overjoyed to see her. I watched her hands shake slightly as she touched Katie’s hair. She closed her eyes as she ran her fingers through it, a smile crossing her features.

“Now,” she instructed. “Separate the hair into three parts and just go back and forth, overlapping each other…see?”

I leaned in and watched carefully as she skillfully weaved the long hair into a beautiful braid.

“Good?” she asked, holding up a mirror in the back so Katie could see.

Katie gazed up at her with adoration. “Just like Mommy.”

Joy put her arms around Katie and gave her a squeeze. “Have a good day, honey.”

When she was done, I walked with her to the door. “I can come,” she said. “In the morning, if you want, until you get the hang of it.”

“Thank you.”

“Don’t mention it,” she said, smiling.

“Joy?” I called after she left. “What made you come?”

Her face was full of peace. “Because wherever Jenny is, she’s taking care of my baby, too.”

Short moral story of True Friendship

Short moral story of True Friendship

Once upon a time, a lonely hawk lived on a tree by a riverside. He was young and handsome. Yet, he had no friends. One day, he saw a beautiful she-hawk sitting on a tree. He wanted to marry her. But, the she-hawk refused to marry him, as he had no friends. “Will you marry me if I make three friends?” he asked her. She said that she would definitely marry him if he made three friends.

The hawk then went looking for friends. While flying, he saw a tortoise. He lived on the other bank of the river. The hawk flew down to him and said, “Dear tortoise, will you be my friend and help me in my hour of need”. The tortoise agreed to become his friend and said, “Call me whenever you need me and I shall come to your side”.

The hawk also promised him his help at any time and then flew in search of the second friend. Soon, he came upon an osprey. The hawk went to it and asked her if she would be his friend and help him in time of his need. The osprey very gladly accepted his friendship and offered her help whenever he needed it. The hawk was glad that he had made two friends.

Now, he went in search of a third friend. He flew over the jungle and saw a tiger. Fearless as he was, he went near the tiger and requested him to be his friend. The tiger readily accepted his friendship. The tiger said, “From now onwards, I am your friend. Nobody will harm you. If anyone tries to harm you, call me and I will be there to help you”.

The hawk was very happy. He thanked the tiger and flew back to the she-hawk., “I have made three friends- a tortoise, an osprey and a tiger. Will you marry me now?” the she hawk agreed to marry him. Soon, their marriage took place. The three friends attended the hawk’s marriage.

After some-months, she-hawk gave birth to two baby hawks. The parent hawks were very happy to have cute little babies. They lived happily in their nest.

One day, two hunters came and sat under that tree. They were tired and hungry. They had not been able to hunt any animal. They decided to catch some fish. But, they couldn’t catch even a single fish.

It was getting dark and the hunters decided to spend the night under that tree. To keep themselves warm, they lit a fire. The fire soared high. The hawk- babies on the tree could not bear the heat and smoke coming out of the fire. They started crying. The Hunters heard their cries. One of them said,” There are birds on this tree. Let us catch them. We shall roast them on the fire and eat them”. The other one agreed.

The hawks heard them and were really worried about the safety of their babies. The she-hawk suggested that they seek help from their friends. The hawk went the Osprey and told her his problem. The Osprey said, “Go home and protect your babies. In the meantime, I shall tackle with the hunters”. The osprey divided into the river and then flew over the fire. The water from her wet feathers fell on the fire. She repeatedly dived into the river and flew over the fire. The water from her feathers put off the fire.

The hunters decided to light the fire again before getting the hawk babies. They started collecting the leaves and the twigs. However, as soon as they lit the fire again, the osprey put it off by diving into the river and letting the water from her feathers fall into the fire.

In the meantime, the hawk went to get help from the tortoise. When the tortoise heard about the hawk’s problem, he said to him, “Do not worry dear friend, I will be there in no time and tackle the hunters in my own way. In the meantime, go and protect your family”.

The hawk flew to the tree and the tortoise reached the tree. He went quite close to where the hunters were sitting and trying to light the fire again. The hunters saw the tortoise and one of them said, “Look there is a huge tortoise. Let’s forget about the hawks and catch this tortoise”.

The other hunter agreed and said, “Let’s tear our shirts and make a rope. We shall tie its one end to the tortoise and other to our waists. Then we will pull the tortoise with all our strength”. The other hunter liked the idea. Soon, they make a rope out of their shirts. They tied one end of the rope to the tortoise’s legs. Then, trying the other end to their waist, they could not pull the tortoise. The tortoise’s strength was much greater than the two hunters were together. It was tortoise who pulled the two men into the water.

Once, inside the water, it was very easy for the tortoise to drag them. Thus, the two hunters fell into the river. With great efforts, they cut the rope that was tied to their waist and swam back to the bank. They were now feeling very cold. They had lost their shirts. They thought of making a fire again.

Seeing those collecting leaves and twigs, the hawk was worried again. Now he flew to the forest and called his third friend, the tiger. He found the tiger at the edge of the forest. When the tiger heard the hawk’s problem, he immediately walked towards the riverbank.

The hunter had now lighted the fire and one of them was preparing to climb the tree to get the hawk babies. Just then, the tiger reached the tree. Seeing the tiger, the hunters ran from there and never came back again.

The hawk thanked all his three friends for their kind and timely help. He also realized that it is very important to have at least a few friends. The female-hawk had been very wise in advising the hawk to make friends before marrying him.

A short stury: True Friendship

True Friendship

This story is dedicated to all those who believe in friendship.

Once upon a time there lived two great friends in a hamlet near Jaipur. Jay and Vijay had been friends since their childhood. Now, they were studying in a college, which was at far distance from their place. In the way, they had to cross a river, pass hills and sandy area too. They used to go to college together. Their friendship was famous in college.

One rainy day the two friends set out for college as usual. They were chatting while walking. Perhaps they were discussing some point of atomic theory which was taught the previous day. The two had different opinions which led to heated arguments. This was followed by abusive language by both sides. Things got so bad that in a fit of anger Jay slapped Vijay. Shell shocked Vijay stared at his friend and wrote on sand that “today my best friend slapped me.” Both resumed their walk but now they were silent.

Meanwhile, they reached the river which was overflowing today. Vijay was not a good swimmer. He stepped into the river but began to drown and flow with force of water in the direction of the flood. Jay saw this and without thinking for a second jumped into the river. With difficulty he could drag Vijay out of the river. He helped Vijay restore his normal breath.

When Vijay became normal, he wrote on a hill that “today my best friend saved my life.” Jay who was observing all this could not help asking, “why did you write it on sand when I slapped you and why are you writing on the hill when I’ve saved your life?” Vijay replied that “we should soon forget wrong done by our friends and dear ones as writing on sand gets erased in no time, but if they do something good for us we should always remember their kindness just as writing on stones is forever.” Saying this Vijay hugged his friends and two went to college as if nothing had happened.

♥♥ A Super and True Love Story

A Super and True Love Story

The author of two critically acclaimed novels, The Russian Debutante’s Handbook and Absurdistan, Gary Shteyngart has risen to the top of the fiction world. Now, in his hilarious and heartfelt new novel, he envisions a deliciously dark tale of America’s dysfunctional coming years—and the timeless and tender feelings that just might bring us back from the brink.

In a very near future—oh, let’s say next Tuesday—a functionally illiterate America is about to collapse. But don’t that tell that to poor Lenny Abramov, the thirty-nine-year-old son of an angry Russian immigrant janitor, proud author of what may well be the world’s last diary, and less-proud owner of a bald spot shaped like the great state of Ohio. Despite his job at an outfit called Post-Human Services, which attempts to provide immortality for its super-rich clientele, death is clearly stalking this cholesterol-rich morsel of a man. And why shouldn’t it? Lenny’s from a different century—he totally loves books (or “printed, bound media artifacts,” as they’re now known), even though most of his peers find them smelly and annoying. But even more than books, Lenny loves Eunice Park, an impossibly cute and impossibly cruel twenty-four-year-old Korean American woman who just graduated from Elderbird College with a major in Images and a minor in Assertiveness.

After meeting Lenny on an extended Roman holiday, blistering Eunice puts that Assertiveness minor to work, teaching our “ancient dork” effective new ways to brush his teeth and making him buy a cottony nonflammable wardrobe. But America proves less flame-resistant than Lenny’s new threads. The country is crushed by a credit crisis, riots break out in New York’s Central Park, the city’s streets are lined with National Guard tanks on every corner, the dollar is so over, and our patient Chinese creditors may just be ready to foreclose on the whole mess. Undeterred, Lenny vows to love both Eunice and his homeland. He’s going to convince his fickle new love that in a time without standards or stability, in a world where single people can determine a dating prospect’s “hotness” and “sustainability” with the click of a button, in a society where the privileged may live forever but the unfortunate will die all too soon, there is still value in being a real human being.

Wildly funny, rich, and humane, Super Sad True Love Story is a knockout novel by a young master, a book in which falling in love just may redeem a planet falling apart.

A True Love Story

Have you ever done something without understanding, but out of obedience?
I did, it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving 1973. If you knew me back then you’d know I wasn’t one of the ‘popular’ kids in school. In fact, most of my classmates didn’t know my name. Very few took the time to get to know why I was quiet, insecure, and shy.

On that particular Saturday, I received an invitation to a party. It was from a young man who graduated earlier in the year, the high school quarterback. He wasn’t a friend though I knew who he was. I questioned why he invited me to a gathering at his home when he was accustomed to being with only the popular girls. Don’t get me wrong, I was seventeen and delighted to receive attention from this boy until … I accepted his invitation and he tried what eighteen year old boys’ try.

It wasn’t until after he picked me up and we arrived at his house did I find out we were alone, his parents were out of town for the holiday. I became nervous and wondered why I had a strong feeling I was still supposed to be there. I couldn’t figure out why God would allow me to be in such an uncomfortable situation. Relief came soon when his friends started to arrive. Since I wouldn’t submit to his ‘attention’ he then focused on his friends and ignored me the rest of the evening. Nice guy, huh?

Then it happened, my reason for being there. The front door opened and in walked the man of my dreams. Do you believe in love at first sight? I didn’t until this tall, dark haired guy dressed in ratty jeans with the silliest denim hat I’d ever seen walked through the door. I asked who he was, no one knew. I replied, “I’d better find out because I’m going to marry him someday.” This was a pretty bold statement for a shy teenager. We began talking, he took me home that evening, and the rest as they say is history.

Isaiah 30:21(NIV) tells us your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it …’ though I was young; I was obedient to the Lord and walked in the way he instructed. If I hadn’t, I wouldn’t soon be celebrating number thirty-six wedding anniversary with my life mate, the father of our two children and grandfather to four precious grand babies.

My friend, this is testimony to listening to our Father God when He speaks to us. We were destined to be husband and wife. After we dated for awhile, I discovered my mother lived in the home in which he grew up. I remember her driving my grandma and I by his house when I was young and children playing in the yard. Who would know that I’d grow up to marry one of those kids … God did.
We went to the same high school; I dated some of his friends, but never met him. Who would know we’d meet at a party after he graduated and moved out of town … God did.

His parents were friends with the beautiful people that were my foster parents. Because of that friendship, I was able to re-connect with their family. Who else would know about that relationship … God did.

I tell you to trust, not a little bit but with your whole heart. Proverbs 3:5(NIV) says to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.

I thank my Heavenly Father daily for the path He has lead me to walk. Though I don’t always understand where I’m going and ask why, I trust Him and understand He loves me. He’s using me as an earthly vessel for what is good and righteous in His name.

That Saturday night way back when I didn’t understand, but I had faith and trust which led me on a path to joy and happiness.

I encourage you today; take some time to reflect on your obedience to your Lord God Almighty.
